Update to match other packs - Animated Heroes

First update related to simple 2-frame animation.  The animated items were already in the pack, added animated heroes to match the other Dungeon Archivist asset packs.

• Added animated heroes sheet with transparency - in directory [Animated]
• Added new elevation type to the [Tileset:Walls]
• Added [Items] Slingshot and Rock
